1.- RESERVATIONS:

All reservations must be confirmed by request through our mail sales@typicalperu.com with a copy to alfredo@typicalperu.com and contact by email or telephone will be established to coordinate details. When requesting confirmation services should consider in your mail the following information:

  • Full name of passengers.
  • Number of identity card / passport.
  • Nationality and language.
  • Ages (also kids if they had).
  • Date of departure and return.
  • Indicate number of cell or Whatsapp for passenger pickup.
  • Type requested package.
  • Company Name transportation and departure time.
  • Hotel name and type chosen by the passenger room.
  • Details of required additional services (not included in our program).
  • Itemize health restrictions or other reasons expressed by the passenger.

2.- METHODS OF PAYMENTS:

After having confirmed the reservation with due notice shall make payment of 50% of total service:

Payments with the following cards

Card payments, will be added 7% commission. If returns are subtracted 7% of the payment and under the resulting amount calculations refund will be made minus all expenses incurred as are buying entrance tickets, payments to hotels, suppliers, taxes and administrative fees.

PayPal Payments

For payments by PayPal the customer must add a percentage fee which will be informed before confirming your reservation.




Bank Transfers

Payments made to our account, the customer must add an additional amount which will be informed before your reservation. By accepting money from abroad, banks, vary according to the percentage or commission charged by operation performed. Once transferred payment will let you know the exact amount we have received.

Money Transfers

3.- ON RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Ask us firm and leave your fingerprint on our risk and responsibility either in our office or meeting place, should be before the start of any of our excursions and you. You agree agree to it before hiring any excursion.

  1. A) RESPONSIBILITIES:
    TYPICAL CRAFT PERU TRAVEL, responsible to comply with all detailed in the package tour itinerary, including all services described herein. Not corporate responsibility interruptions in normal development package for reasons of force majeure beyond our control such as weather social, political, etc.
    TYPICAL CRAFT PERU TRAVEL assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for accidents, injuries, illness, death, delay, injury to persons or property
    TYPICAL CRAFT PERU TRAVEL, is committed to providing quality service and ensuring the satisfaction of the customer.
    PERU TRAVEL TYPICAL CRAFT, for justified reasons, reserves the right to modify the itinerary as it deems necessary, but always thinking about customer satisfaction.
    TYPICAL CRAFT PERU TRAVEL, will issue the corresponding invoice for the service provided to the customer and will be delivered in a timely fashion.
    Luggage, jewelry and personal items of the customer is the sole responsibility of it.
  2. B) RISKS:

4.- MODIFICATIONS:

5.- FEES:

Rates in Dollars and Soles, are valid as as indicated in the chosen package.

6.- ON TICKETS TO MACHU PICCHU ARCHAEOLOGICAL CENTER AND mantana Huayna Picchu.

  • All costs are expressed in US dollars, each ticket has the agency fees included, as well as taxes.
  • Should students be scanned you must send your student card which must comply with the special features mentioned in the ticket reservation page, under 17 years passport copy to be considered as a student.
  • Once the purchase ticket there is no option to refund.
  • If it can not purchase tickets will will return the total amount paid by VISA, if other forms of payment will be refunded minus the commission sent money.
  • Once purchased tickets or tickets, it is not possible to change dates / names, etc.
  • TYPICAL CRAFT PERU TRAVEL, will send your proof of payment made to your email attachment.
  • All purchases will be made in less than 48 hours except on holidays, Sundays and holidays it will take a little longer.
  • TYPICAL CRAFT PERU TRAVEL assumes no liability for lost ticket, erroneous data, protests, force majeure etc. Which may prevent access to Machu Picchu and / or Huayna Picchu.

6.1.- on reservations to the Inca Trail 4 days and 2 days.

Once reserved can not make any changes because it is controlled by the DRC (Address Desconcentrada of Culture Cusco) and does not allow any modification after making the reservation and this is provided by law. Cancellations and / or waiting list will not work with what the Inca Trail tour.

7.- MINORS:

child 03-09 years is considered. Children will have a 10% discount on the normal rate entitled to all services.

In case of infants from 01 to 02 years old sleeping with their parents, they will be subject to a payment as an additional person and the collection of it will depend on the policies of accommodation chosen.

Children 10 years pay the full rate.

8.- STUDENT:

In case of students must meet its card holders and national or international student for special discount.

As for under 17 years passport copy to be considered as a student

9.- CANCELLATIONS, PENALTIES, RETURNS:

Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made well in advance to avoid paying the NO SHOW, (100% service) in the case of holidays and long weekends 15 days in advance at least.

Cancellations (cancellation of service) should be made by telephone and confirmed by mail to: alfredo@typicalperu.com , between 30 days and 07 days before starting the service and the company is 20% of the prepaid subscriber charge for expenses and administrative management.

any refund to the CUSTOMER will be made for unused services voluntarily, illness, accidents or other reasons, on the scheduled date and time, or can be used on another occasion.

If the CUSTOMER voluntarily waives the use of the contracted program will not be entitled to no refund.

Cancellations made after the 07 days of starting the program the agency says the customer does not show and not be entitled to any refund.

In the case of postponements, the term is 3 months from the date of the original reservation, under the same conditions as the current rate.

NOTE: VERY IMPORTANT
