Inca Jungle Tour 4 Days / 3 Nights
Itinerary
Day 1
Cusco – Santa María: 55km Bicycle (Optional Rafting)
we will start to travel approximately 8:00 am. On the way to the town of Ollantaytambo, where We will drink the first breakfast (OPTIONAL FOR THE PASSENGER’S ACCOUNT), then we will continue with our march from (2h.30 Min) to the Abra Málaga (4,350 masl) starting point of our bicycle tour, after a briefing by our guide the passenger will be provided with the complete equipment for this type of activity. We will start the descent by bicycle for 3 hours (55km) to the town of Huamanmarca where we will have our first lunch. Then we go to the town of Santa María, where we will spend our first night in a basic lodging , during the trip we will experience the beauty of the snow, changing quickly from dry and cold to hot humid climate. After reaching a l town of Santa Maria, we have the option of rafting class III and IV (extra tour) in the Urubamba river that crosses this part of the jungle.

Day 2
Santa María – Santa Teresa: Trecking (23 Km)
Immediately breakfast at 7: 0 0 am appro x. We will be ready to do our first day of trekking course to Santa Teresa. The first two hours of our tour will be on the rise, on the way we will have several stops to learn a bit more about the rich flora and fauna of the area, later we will stop at a family house where we will relax for about 20 minutes , we can also provide water and delicious tropical fruits of the area, later we will cross a set of Inca Trail that formerly linked to the sacred city of the Incas ” Machupicchu ” with the city of Vilcabamba , our guide will expose us a little more of the history of the Incas, besides the communication system that they had in those times, in this place we will enjoy some of the views most impressive of all the Huancarccasa canyon , immediately descend to the village of Quellomayo in which we will stop for lunch and a restful rest , then we will continue with the last 2 hours of walking to the thermal baths of Cocalmayo where we will have a good time to enjoy the thermo medicinal waters , then we will go to the next town of Santa Teresa place in where we will spend our second night in a basic lodging.

Day 3
Santa Teresa – Aguas Calientes: Trecking 16 Km (Zip Line Canopy-Optional)
After our breakfast, at 7:00 am approx. Start our trekking towards the town of Aguas Calientes, first for 3 hours walk through the valley of Aobamba to the area called Intihuatana a small stand where we will control the government then we extended to Inka Rakay place where we will enjoy our lunch, in this journey we will see a series of waterfalls and we will also have the opportunity to contemplate the majestic Machupicchu and Haynapicchu mountains as well as the Intihuatana or solar clock that will be seen at the top of the mountain and other constructions of the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, after the last 2 hours of walking will be next to the railway line to the town of Aguas Calientes.

Day 4
Macchu Picchu
The day Transcendental tour, the day we arrive at one of the 7 wonders of the world, our later l day tour, we will start very early , to be able to appreciate the sunrise in the Inca citadel of Machupicchu, we will start the climb at 4:30 a.m. This will be an hour and a half walk to Machupicchu and we will have a tour with our guide for 02 hours for the constructions and most important temples of this city, then you will have time to explore Machupicchu on your own and maybe climb Huaynapicchu or Montaña Machupicchu (previous advance booking to the corresponding income since it only sells 400 tickets per day) and other places of interest. Later it will be the return to the town of Aguas Calientes to take the return train to Ollantaytambo and later to the city of Cusco.
