Offering to the Pacha Mama 1 Day

Itinerary

These offerings are made during the month of August, thus being the first day of this month it begins this important ceremony Andean belief. This ceremony offerings, which are commonly known as payments to Earth or Pachamama by the Andean population are ancestral rituals that are part of a system of reciprocity between the material world and the spiritual world.

This ritual is intended to return to Mother Earth what has given you and what we can aspire to our deepest desires about life and what we want for our loved ones. Ceremony held on the first day of the month of August the same way throughout the month.

Itinerary

Day 1
Cusco – Chinchero

The ceremony or ritual Pachamama is known in the Andean world as’ tribute or despacho” to the ground, a hole in the earth where Andean products will also drink chicha, beer, liquor, red wine is made, holy water, coca leaves (Andean sacred plant, a mediator with the spirits), and different things, money, coins, amulets, colored stones, food (bread, cookies, fruit). ON FIRE

The Sacred Fire allows the ashes of the earth to rise to the mountains and reach the sky. You can be placed wood, lignum, branches of laurel, rosemary, olive, eucalyptus or snuff.
